NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE LISVANE COMMUNITY COUNCIL
Dear Councillor,
I hereby give you notice that the next meeting of the Community Councilwill be held on Monday 13 July2020 commencing at 7.30pm.
In light of Government guidance regarding Covid-19 this meeting will be held by way of tele-conference. Access to the tele-conference is by using a standard touch–tone telephone and calling freefone 0800 376 8445. Members of the public who wish to attend will need to contact the Clerk prior to the meeting and request a “participant passcode” which will need to be entered when joining the tele-conference followed by the#key. You will then be asked to record your name.
All Members are requested to attend and to consider and resolve upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out below.
