NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE POLICY COMMITTEE OF LISVANE COMMUNITY COUNCIL
Dear Councillor,
I hereby give you notice that the next meeting of the Policy Committee will be held on Monday 26 April 2021 at 10.30am.
In light of Government guidance regarding Covid-19 this meeting will be held by way of tele-conference. Access to the tele-conference is by using a standard touch–tone telephone and calling freefone 0800 376 8445. Members of the public who wish to attend will need to contact the Clerk prior to the meeting and request a “participant passcode” which will need to be entered when joining the tele-conference followed by the # key.
All Members are requested to attend and to consider and resolve upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out below.
