DATA USE POLICY
1. If you donate to us, you do not need to supply any identifying information on the donation form.
2. Unless you have given us your consent to be contacted, the donation form will be kept until after the accounts for that year have been audited. We will destroy the donation form within six months of the end of the financial year, 31 March.
3. If you have given your consent to be contacted, we will keep the donation form until you tell us that you no longer wish to be contacted by us. If you tell us that you do not want to be contacted by us, we will remove your email address from our contact list within 2 months of you asking.
4. If you have given your consent to be contacted, we may contact you, by email, to inform you about Friends of Coed-y-Felin news and events. Your contact details will only be available to Committee Members.
5 Please inform us if your email address changes. We will amend our records within 2 months of being notified of the change.
6. You have a right to request a copy of the information that is held by the Friends of Coed-y-Felin about yourself. This information will be provided within 2 months of your request.
